Pink Crochet
September 6th, 2007
I wanted a big, functional blanket to sleep under, so I picked this pattern that uses two strands of yarn held together. The result is thick and snuggly. The pattern is the same stitch throughout: single crochet, chain 2, single crochet. You make that stitch in each chain 2 space of the row below. I used a hardback book to measure out the tassles.
I used a 9mm hook and Red Heart yarn, which I’ve heard gets softer with washing. Of course, our dryer broke, so I haven’t gotten to wash it yet. I will report on how soft it is!

Mmmm pink yarn.
